You can delete your Spark AI account here, without the app. Enter the mobile number you sign in with — we will send a code to confirm the account is yours.
What deleting your account means
If you are a student
What is deleted
- Your mobile number and your name.
- Your sign-ins on every device, and notifications.
- Your class, exam, and your place on the early-access list.
- Your questions, the photos you took, and Spark AI’s answers.
- Your sessions with experts: the messages, voice notes and whiteboard drawings, the session summaries, and call recordings.
- The comments you wrote in reviews.
- Your connection to a parent: they stop seeing your activity at once.
What is kept, without your name or number
- Counts, subjects and dates without what was said: how many doubts and expert sessions there were and when, and the daily-allowance records they were counted against.
- The stars and the “did it clear your doubt?” answer of any review you gave, so an expert’s rating does not change — never your comment.
- A call recording that is part of an open complaint, only until the complaint is resolved. Then it is deleted too.
- Records that something happened — for example, that a request was made and when — with anything you wrote removed. They keep the service secure and accountable.
- Copies in our database provider’s backups, until those backups expire on their regular schedule. They are never restored into the app.
Usually finished within minutes, and always within 7 days.
If you are a parent
What is deleted
- Your mobile number and your name.
- Your sign-ins on every device, and notifications.
- Your connections to your children: you stop seeing their activity at once, and the names and numbers you entered for them are removed.
What is kept, without your name or number
- Your children’s own accounts. They are theirs, and stay theirs.
- Records that something happened — for example, that a request was made and when — with anything you wrote removed. They keep the service secure and accountable.
- Copies in our database provider’s backups, until those backups expire on their regular schedule. They are never restored into the app.
Usually finished within minutes, and always within 7 days.
